Refund and Cancellation policy

Cancellation Eligibility & Process:
  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. To cancel, email us at stylishbirdcontact@gmail.com with your order details within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return or exchange as per our Exchange & Return Policy.
Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are available only in the following cases:
    1. Defective Products: If a delivered product is faulty or damaged upon arrival (not caused by customer actions/omissions).
    2. Cancellation Before Dispatch: If the order is canceled within 24 hours and before shipping.
  • Refunds are not offered for size issues(need to opt for exchange as per the required size), slight color/design variations, sale/discounted items, or customer-induced damage.
Refund Process:
  • For defective products, notify us within 5 days of delivery (including delivery day) by emailing stylishbirdcontact@gmail.com. Include order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original sticker labels attached, and properly packed for return. Reverse pickup will be arranged.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., return accepted despite no delivery issue), a Rs 100 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup costs due to rising logistics expenses.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment account or a provided bank account within 7 days of approval of the refund.
Timeframes:
  • Cancellation requests: Within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Refund requests for defective items: Within 5 days of delivery.
  • Refund processing: Credited within 7 days of approval.
Instructions:
  • Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery to ensure eligibility for refunds.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product does not meet eligibility criteria or if defects are due to customer handling.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds, only exchanges (if applicable).

Additional Notes:
  • Slight variations in color or design (as shown on our website, social media, or ads) do not qualify for refunds.
