Exchange & Return Policy:
- Eligibility & Timeframe: Exchanges and returns are accepted only if reported within 7 days of delivery (including delivery day) for issues like size, wrong product, or defective items. Notify us promptly to initiate the process.

Exchange Process:
- For size issues or wrong products, request an exchange within 7 days. We’ll replace it with the correct size or product of equal value at no extra cost, with free reverse pickup.
- If the replacement is of higher value, the difference must be paid online.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, with original sticker labels attached, properly folded, and packed to avoid transit damage. Exchanges won’t be processed otherwise.
- Exchanges are limited to one per order.

Refund Process:
- Refunds are offered only for defective products, verified as genuine by us. Email stylishbirdcontact@gmail.com with order details, issue description, and defect photos.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment account or a provided bank account within 7 days of approval.
- For exceptional returns (no delivery issues, correct product), a Rs 100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted due to increased logistics costs.
- No refunds for slight color/design variations, size issues(opt for exchange) or defects caused by customer actions/omissions.

- Color and design may slightly vary from online displays; this does not qualify for returns/refunds.
- Do not accept damaged packages at delivery to avoid issues.
- Sale/discounted items are eligible for size exchange only (no refunds).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if criteria aren’t met.
